Return & Refund Policy
At Theresa Blair, we want you to love your hand soaps and beauty products. However, because these are personal care items made with natural ingredients, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or partially used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
What we accept:
- Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).
- The items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition.
- You must include the original order number and a brief reason for the return.
What we do NOT accept:
- Opened, used, or damaged products (due to health and hygiene regulations)
- Products returned after 14 days
- Products without original packaging or that appear tampered with
- Custom or personalized soap orders
How to request a return:
- Contact us here within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the unopened item.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exceptions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your soap arrives damaged, melted, leaking, or clearly defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will happily replace the item or issue a full refund (including original shipping) at no cost to you.
- Incorrect Item Shipped: If we sent the wrong scent, size, or product, we will cover return shipping and send the correct item (or refund) immediately.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.
